Varieties: Spitak Areni.
Origin and terroir: This wine is made from indigenous Spitak Areni from Aghavnadzor village where the soil is volcanic and limestone at an altitude of 1300-1400 meters.
Vinification: This wine is crafted using ancient Armenian techniques taken from "Girk Vastakots" manuscript. The amphorae were coated with aged wax that was infused with quince and apple powders. Once ready, the wine was delicately smoked with frankincense.
Barrel Ageing: Fermented and macerated in amphorae for approximately five months.
Alcohol content: 13%
