Return Policy

Under Australian Consumer Law we are not obligated to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind so please choose carefully. Hye Kini will endeavour to resolve any issues with regard to Refunds & Replacements with a 100% money back guarantee. However, in certain exceptional circumstances we will reserve the right to not accept returns or offer refunds. This will be at our discretion. We will offer a refund or exchange if an item is significantly different from the sample or description.  If a product is believed to be faulty, for example corked, you must keep the contents of the bottle and contact us for a resolution. In some cases, freight charges may apply on returned items.  

If Hye Kini team reasonably believes that a buyer is abusing our Returns Policy, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel the Refund Policy in relation to that buyer, cancel any pending orders and/or close that buyer’s account.


If you receive a damaged box, please inform the courier and contact us as soon as possible.

If you receive a box of wine with one or more broken bottles, simply let us know within 1 working day of the delivery and we will look into the matter and solve the issue as soon as possible.

No Other Refunds

Other than in the circumstances outlined above in Refund Policy and Breakages, no returns will be accepted and no refunds will be made in respect of purchases you make via our website.

Please note: we do not ship to PO boxes or Collection Points. All orders with non-physical address will be canceled and will be refunded minus the commission fees.

We have the rights to change our policy over time. All changes will be published on this website. The amended policy will apply between us whether or not we have given you specific notice of any change.
