Varieties: Parajanov is made only from pomegranate and no grape wine of other origin

Origin and Terroir: Selected orchards of Meghri regions.
Vinification: The peel is separated and the pomegranate is gently crushed. The mash
which contains only seeds and must is fermented in classic clay vessels
called karas, according to traditional Armenian technologies. After
fermentation finish the karas was sealed for over 6 months.
