A collection of experimental wines that result from a journey of exploration merging the Armenian terroir with hidden treasures of the art of wine. A disruptive explosion of a new winemaking concept that reveals the purest energy of our volcanic land in the Ararat Valley. Origin / Ararat Valley, Armavir Region - Armenia.
Grape varieties / / 100% Syrah.
Soil / Alluvial. Clay with pebble stones covered with carbonate. Deep drainage soil
Climate / Continental, cold semi-arid with warm summers and dry cold winters. Annual precipitation level is around 305 mm.
Vinification / Vinification / Early Morning Hand harvest in 20 kg boxes. Manual selection table done twice. Micro vinification in 400kg bins, fermentation and maceration with controlled temperature for 22 days.
